Monday, March 23, 2009 Dear Customers, Friends and Employees of the Port of Wilmington, Following is a revised schedule of the TWIC Escort Training at the Port of Wilmington, Delaware effective March 23, 2009. The March 24th class will be the last scheduled class for open forum. We will have classes on an “as needed” basis after March 24th. The class will last approximately 30 minutes and the location will depend on the number of people attending class. If your staff has a need for escort training after the March 24th open forum date, please contact Ward Gagnon to make arrangements for training. This training is mandated by the US Coast Guard (USCG). Therefore, any TWIC-holder wishing to escort non-TWIC visitors into the Port of Wilmington, Delaware must complete this training.
