Monday, September 21, 2009 Dear Customer and Friend of the Port of Wilmington Re: Relocation of the TWIC Office for the Port of Wilmington, DE The TWIC Enrollment Center for the Port of Wilmington, Delaware at 603 Christiana Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19801-5834 will be closed as of 4:00 PM on Tuesday, October 6, 2009. The office will remain closed on Wednesday, October 7, 2009. A new TWIC office will service the Port of Wilmington, Delaware beginning Thursday, October 8, 2009 at: Brandywine
Executive Center All scheduled appointments and walk-ins will be processed at the address of the new facility beginning October 8, 2009. Operating hours will be Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Ample parking is available for tractor trailers in a parking lot adjacent to the office building.
