Re: TWIC Alert – Relocation of the TWIC Enrollment Center
for the Port of Wilmington

Dear Customer and Friend of the Port of Wilmington:

The TWIC Enrollment Center for the Port of Wilmington, Delaware at 1521 Concord Pike will terminate operations as of 4:00 PM on Thursday, November 5, 2009.

No enrollments or activations will occur on Friday, November 6, 2009.

Effective Monday, November 9, 2009, the Wilmington, DE TWIC Enrollment Center will be operating at the following location:

The Offices at Foulkstone Plaza
1403 Foulk Road, Suite 108
Wilmington, DE 19803-2788 (click for directions).

Effective Monday, November 9, 2009, the hours of operation will be:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
